Refund policy

Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. If your order arrives damaged, or there is an issue with your print, please contact us via the contact form or email us at info@bluemountainsposterco.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

As all prints are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
