As each print is made to order, please allow approximately 5–7 business days from the time of ordering for production and delivery within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All prints are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their purchase. If your order arrives damaged, or there is an issue with your print, please contact us via the contact form or email us at info@bluemountainsposterco.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
As all prints are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
